After searching and checking the door jamb for broke wires I still can not get the door locks to work . The keypad lights up but will not lock the doors and all of the buttons will not work .When I press the any of the buttons I can hear the relays clicking in the CSM but none of the locks work.Is there anything else That I have missed . The buttons all have power and all of the grounds read thru.It is a 2004 4x4 xlt

I had a similar problem with my '02 V6 XLT Explorer. In my case there were multiple electrical symptoms and problems, one of which was that none of the power door locks were working, neither of the doors nor the rear hatch. One suggestion that I have is to check the outputs from the CSM. You say you can hear the relays in the CSM clicking. The CSM for my '02 V6 (I think this is correct) is supposed to send a single "unlock" output to the GEM (General/Generic Electrical Module). So my question would be, is the "unlock" signal ever making it out of the CSM? Good luck.

Is it a positive or negative trigger? You could try to replicate the signal at a door to make sure the locks work properly. But my gut tells me the signal isn't leaving the CSM, as ServiceExplorer alluded to.
