power lumbar not working drivers side 2021 xlt

Just bought a 2021 xlt. Power Lumbar on drivers side not working. I don’t hear any motor noises when clicking the switch. Is this a diy? Passenger side is fine

I get a little bit behind the seat, it got out that the wiring harness is ripped off from the connector. There are some bear wires in there. Seems like a bigger job.

I'm guessing it is out of warranty.
