power seats

hay guys i just got my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer today and the power seats dont work i dont think its the motor any help would be nice thanks for looking

is it both sides that dont work or is it just the one side? you can check the fuses and relay if they have one. check the connection under the seat make sure it's pluged in.

what fuse is the right one there is a lot of fuse the one under the hod and what fuse is it ? thanks for replying
