Mercon ATF (automatic transmission fluid) is the book spec. Just about any transmission fluid should work.
 






I used Motorcraft Mercon V when I changed my pump
 






I went to local NAPA store, the book said Motorcraft Mercon V. Thanks everyone. Lil Joe
