OK, here is the deal. When i turn my steering wheel there is that sound that comes when your wheels are fully turned it is make the noise whenever i turn my wheel. It get better when i accelerate but it is getting to me. Anyone thing my power steering pump may be in trouble!?

Its a Ford thing. For some reason almost every power steering pump that ford makes does that, just some do it worse than others, and also some sooner than others. I have a 91 and my pump isn't too loud, by my friend has a 92 and his whines like crazy, but he (and his older sister) have given that poor explorer hell, and nothing on it really works like it should. But....if it is as loud as it is when you have the wheel fully turned, then I would say it is going. Usually that is what happens when they are going bad, they start to get pretty loud. But its funny, I can pick out a Ford in the parking lots, when people turn their wheels to get out of parking spots, you can tell its a ford when you hear that terrifying whine.

Did you check the fluid level? They do that when they're low on fluid from a small leak too.
