Power window failure

I apologize if this is a repeat post but, my front passanger side/rear drivers side windows have the same issue. You push the switch and you can hear the motor thumping in the door but the window wont go down. Sometimes it does but then it wont go back up without pulling it. Are the motors shot? Or do they just need adjustment?

theres a thread around here about replacing some plastic bushings that tend to wear out with time. search around for that one
 






motor are good. 3 plastic bushing are shot. They have them for $9 in the HELP! section of Discount Auto. A real rip off for 3 cents wore plastic. There is a how to with pics here some where.
 






Thanks guys! I ran to autozone and got the gear bushings. I'm going to rebuild the motors this weeked so we'll see how it goes!
 












Thanks for the link! That will def. come in handy. I pulled the door apart a couple days ago and was wondering how to get the motor out!
