Power Window No Go No Mo

Power Windows Quit working

Thanx in advance for your response
My power windows in my 98 XLT all totally stopped,then worked for a while,then stopped and now will not work at all.I checked everything I could think of.The mega fuse in the power dist. box can't find any loose connections,bla bla bla.
The manual doesn't say where the relay for the windows are,is it in the power distribution box? or did they hide it somewhere sneaky?
Could it be the GEM?
