Power Window Problem Annoying me! Help

Alright on my 95 X-sport the passenger window has some sort of bad spot in it because it will go down quickly but then it will just kinda stop about half way through, and continue to go down but real slow.... same as when I decide to put it up.... also when my window goes down it starts to shake back and forth when it hits this bad spot...... does anyone have an idea what is causing this, or how to fix it because it is getting to be annoying. thanks

Same Prob

Yeah, I understand cuz I got the exact same prob. I'd like to know how to fix it too. So if there's any1 out there that's fix this kinda prob or knows how to, please reply!! I'm guessing the track it runs on is rusted or worn so it allows play while it's going down.
