Thanks, just what I was looking for...should put those links under the "helpful" forum. I got mine repaired so alls well( for now ). Found the brushes in the motor were not making contact. Disassembled motor and using electronic cleaner, cleaned off the armature, magnets and bearing surfaces. I then used av small brass wire brush to make the armature contacts and brush contacts look like new. Followed up with some more cleaner and carefully reassembled using the 7/16" ball bearings instead of the plastic bushings. When conecting the motor wires I used copious amounts of dielectric grease to seal and prevent corrosion. Hope this helps those that have the stuck window problem.
