power windows problem

Both rear power windows "shudder" when going down. They go up smoothly. Anybody have this problem? Any ideas what could be the cause? Any ideas for fixes?

mine does this a little -- what I would do is to spray some silicone spray (type of lube) in the side tracks and see if that helps at all.
