Problem With Power Windows

My 97 explorers power windows have all stopped working, unless I roll them up and down from the drivers side panel. I have fiddled with the window lock, but it doesn't seem like it is working. Anyone have any ideas on an easy fix?

Easy fix? Possibly not too difficult though. Pull the carpet back by the drivers kick panel and cut the insulation off the loom, look for broken wires. If none found there, take the connection off the door, look for broken wires. Common problem with these vehicles.

Use a test light on the underside of switches first to see if power is reaching through before doing dewey's suggestion-
