hi guys,

i know this might be a long shot but...can some one tell me which belt (size) they use for their powerdyne setup? The belt listed in the instructions is way too long. Searched but could not find any exact dimensions.

Thank you!

Take the belt off and go to a good parts store. Mom and pop parts stores can usually match things up pretty well. Chain stores can cross the number on the belt if it's still visible but otherwise will look at you like you grew a second head when you ask for a supercharger belt on an explorer.

Other option is trial and error until you find the right one

Use a pice of string, wrap it around the pulleys like it's a belt mark it where the end meets the string again and measure. It should get you extremely close to the right size.

My XP8 with the Powerdyne is running a K060490. You're right, the install manual calls out a K060495, which is too big.

Would love to see some pics of your XP8!

hi, thank you so much. I will go and take some pics and post them up.

So the GATES K060490 is to drive the blower? Which one do you use for the serpentine replacement? Thank you!

Here are some pictures of the belts I was sent

Start off w/stock boost and enjoy that for awhile. The headers are going on at the same time

Are you doing a tune? Bigger fuel pump or FMU?

I'm probably going to go with a bigger fuel pump. What do you think, would that be a better option than say a Kenne Bell Boost A Pump?

The unit arrived and I posted pics on the BW facebook page.
