My -95 explorer wont start...bosch immobilizer system acting up?

Background: My wife used the car, runned the battery flat. Jumped it by cable and drove to work. Locked by remote. Later when unlocking, the remote didn´t work, entered by key. Tried to start the car several times by turning key. (She´s not that familiar with the immo system) When I then later tried the remote/immo button nothing works..:(

#The powerlock wont go on or off by the remote (new battery in remote)
#The powerlock switch in door panel works all doors and hatch.
#When trying to start and I press the remote button to disengage the immobilizer, nothing happends (usually you hear a buzz (fuelpump?)
# the battery in car is now fully charged.

Has the immo system accidentaly been de-programmed by turning the key to many times? Could it be a easy fix as a fuse or anything else? (checked all the "normal" fuses by the door)
Since neither powerlock remote or immo works..

Please, I need the car ..

Is the immobiliser light flashing? Do you have a spare fob that works? Try disconnecting the battery again for 15 mins re-connect then try again. Try leaving igniton key in run position i.e. dash lights on for upto half hour doors shut not locked you don't want any electrics on inc radio. If none of these work you may need to have Ford re-program a new fob. They charge £80 to do that here Good Luck!

The dashbord immo light flashes slow when the key isn´t inserted/turn.
When turning the key the light starts flashing quicker..

The battery has been disconected for over 4hrs.. (while charging)

I give the key in/turned a try..

The local Ford dealer only services european Ford.. they wont touch a US.
The closest US ford shop is way of my map.. by phone they told me to remove the whole immo/alarm setup by making a quite large opertation..
