I don't know if you've checked out AGR steering, but my vote is to stay away from that particular pump. It may be a bad pump, but all ford pumps buzz. The agr claims to be so much better but I actually had much LESS luck with the AGR then the stock unit.
you can hunt from your truck not on public highways, or just while driving around, but Im on my own property here in texas. We build trucks that are the dear blind. beside just exploreing new territory on the ranch can scare off the wildlife with that loud pump, thanks for the tips though!
OK HERE WE GO I'M NEW HERE BUT I'VE GOT A GOOD FIX FOR YA! GO TO THE JUNK YARD AND FIND AN OLD PS PUMP AND CUT THE NECK OFF WITH A HACK SAW.....THEN HACK THE LIP OFF THE TOP OF YOURS WHERE THE CAP SCREWS ON.....GO TO THE PARTS STORE AND BUY A PIECE OF RADIATOR HOSE WITH A BEND IN IT YOU WILL NEED TO CUT AND SHORTEN IT AND YOU WANT YOUR NECK OF THE JUNKYARD PIECE STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN. JUST HOSE CLAMP EVERYTHING TOGETHER......AND YOU CAN ADD MORE FLUID WHICH MORE FLUUID MEANS TAKES LONGER TO HEAT UP AND ON OFF ANGLE SITUATIONS IT WONT PUKE ALL OVER THE PLACE CAUSE THE ANGLE IS DIFFERENT THAN STOCK. WILL GET A PIC FOR YOU AND POST WHEN I CAN
