Powersteering Shake

Ok i got the 2001 4.0 SOHC motor back and running, when i turn the powersteering shakes or shimmys. Powersteering fluid is full. Do you think my belt is bad, or maybe i got oil on it somehow and its not gripping??

it probably needs to be "bled" turn the wheel from lock to lock several times, repeat until it gets better.

I'm glad that fixed it, it was driving me crazy for a while until gmanpaint told me that it needed to be bled.
