Hello ALL,
I did a front D28 to D35 axle swap a while back and installed a Detroit EZ locker at the same time. The EZ locker worked BUT is was big time harsh, Banging and Slamming in and out of turns. I called the sales rep for Detroit EZ lock several times explaining the noise the thing was making. I even recorded the noises and played them back over the phone.

I was told its par for the course. Well I hated the noise and harsh operation so I decided to try a Powertrax No Slip. The sales rep for Richmond told me the Lock-Right was somewhat harsh in operation as well.

I put the No-Slip in yesterday and today took my rig for a romp. THE NO SLIP IS AWESOME. I put 80 hard Desert miles on the thing AND NOT A PEEP. I'm here to tell you, don’t waste your money on any other "Lunch Box" locker. The NO-SLIP is WAY WAY worth the extra $150-$175.

I got mine from Rocky Road Outfitters for $400 shipped. Man what I difference, you flat ass cannot tell the thing is there. It's an awesome piece of equipment.

That Detroit, over the same trail sounded like my front end was going to come apart, BANG CLANK CLICK, BANG CLANK CLICK, is was scary. The NO-SLIP never made a peep. NOT ONE SINGLE BANG OR CLUNK THE ENTIRE 80 MILES.

Man folks If you want a locker for the front D35 on a Ranger, BII or Explorer GET THE NO -SLIP.

Joe
