Private Cash and ordered vehicle

I recently ordered a vehicle using the Costco pricing. I sent for a brochure and received an email for $750 Private Cash towards purchase. The details say I have to take delivery from retail stock. Does this discount still apply to an ordered vehicle (delivery is in 3 weeks).
