pro comp tire and wheel package

Ok here is what I am looking at:
4 Wheel Parts Wholesale has Pro Comp MT's and the new X terrains on rock crawlers. These packages run like $749 for 33/12.50R15 on 15X10 rock crawlers. I like the look of the X terrains but dont want to spend that money. What will I need to clear 33's on my stock explorer.( as far as lift and what not?). I am very uneducated! I am thinking i need atleast a 3 inch body lift. Am i going to need to chop anything? I want to do this as money efficient as possible. Bet youve never heard that one.

You are going to need a TT and shackle, and a modified body, plus you may have to trim...Do a little research before you order the 33's..
