problem with big wheels

Hi I have a 96 explorer and I have put on 32/11.5/15 tire’s & rock crawler rims 15/8/3.75 and when I drive from 1st to 2nd to starts to miss like the front is trying to engage it dues not do it all the time and it wont do it 4x4 high do you know what it mite be & what can I do.

when i start in 1st and get 20kph it is like someone is pinching the fuel line on / off untill i get into 3rd it stops and everthing is ok

auto or 5 speed?

Might be a problem with the speed sensor and the big tires... you'll probably need to reflash the PCM.
