Problem with blower control on rear climate control

I have a 2004 Limited with the rear climate control system. The rear climate controls on the roof have two circular knobs-one for temperature and one for fan speed. Fan speeds go from 0 to 5. NONE of the speeds from 0-4 work.

Anyone have a take on whether this would be the switch or is there a blower motor resistor also for the rear climate control system which is similar to the one for the front climate control?

Tried doing a search, but didn't get anything close for results. Thanks!
