Front right hand side brakes were binding bad enough that the wheel was kinda hard to turn a few weeks ago, i took the wheen off, checked the rotors and pads and they were fine, took the caliper off, checked the pistons and again all was fine. Took the slide bolts out and gave them a good covering of anti sieze. Put the wheel back on ran it round the block a few times, jacked it back up and all was fine.
Drove for an hour today and parked up in the parking lot, cam back to my car 20 mins later and the car would hardly move as it seemed like the brakes were on! i pumped the peddle a few times, reversed, drove forward tried it in 4WD but still the same. Got out the car had a look at the rotors and stuff through the weel and all was fine, got back in the car and started her up and it was fine!
I have been getting the ABS cuttin in and out when i come to slow stop on turning in the drive.
Not sure what the problem is but would like some feedback if poss, not sure whether to replace the calipers or the wheel hubs first
