problems with 4x4 on 2003 explorer

somebody can help me wit the isue of the 4x4 on my explorer i replaced de front differential it was noissy but after i installed it it the tranfer case started binding and i gets like engaged in low speed gear i saw some internet advices it said Unfortunately, these modules can malfuntion, causing the vehicle to act like it is going into 4wd by itself, (binding up) especially at low speed turns. You can diagnose by: take down the glove box, find and unplug this module, see if the problem goes away. If it does, this module is probably the issue. but if some body have or had the same problem and get solved it send to me a message

Sounds like a stupid comment but, make sure you have the same gear ratios in front and rear.
