I installed the factory amp bypass, and suddenly my front dirver's side speaker stopped working, when I take the harness off and plug the amp back, the speaker works again? I have an aftermarket Pioneer HU...what could be causing this?

is the channel on the hu damaged? maybe a lose wire somewhere?
i am leaning more towards a lose wire, or a short in the harness itself

Well, I bought a harness from circuit city so i could hook up my premium sound system to my aftermarket HU.. so i dont think it could be a loose wire...it could be a short, if it is, should I just run new speaker wire?
