I am considering the purchase of a '97 Explorer Eddie Bauer 4X4 with the 4.0 SOHC. It is fully loaded minus the towing package and moonroof and has 96k miles on it.
The explorer would be mostly for a daily driver to replace my current '92. It was previously owned by an auto detailer and is in excellent condition.
I was wondering if there are any parts of the vehicle that should be looked over more thoroughly by my mechanic other than front ball joints & timing belt/chain.
Any help would be appreciated
