Put spare on, can't get it off!!!

I put my spare on the rear axle today. Got a new tire on the nice rim and went to go take the spare back off, and it is f-ing stuck. I took off all the lug nuts, but the damn steel rim had rust on it and now I can't take the spare off. Can anyone help me get this wheel off the back axle? I would realy like to put my other wheel back on. Thanks guys.

put 1 lug not on very loose- maybe just a few turns.

Take a sledge to the inside of the wheel and hit it off (from inside out)

(its the spare rim so dont worry about hurting it , though it shouldnt do any damage anyways, ive taken countless stuck tires off like this.)

Ok, I finally got it off. Only took a blow torch, claw hammer, 20 lb. sledge, and some WD-40. That certainly was not fun, but i got it off so i feel better now.
