- 1997 Ford Explorer
Just bought a 1997 Ford Explorer for a fishing vehicle. I don't know anything about its past owners except they must have been DIRTY people, but it runs great. The carpet is trashed and I've even found some droppings of something inside. Want to remove the carpet but have run into a problem, the removal of the center console. I spent 3 hours yesterday working on it, but I can't get my big hands inside some of the spaces to remove all the screws. I know there has to be a way to remove it in one piece, at least in less time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
