Quarter panel hatch

I just bought a 1996 Explorer Limited a week ago and have noticed the left side quarter panel hatch where the jack and rear windshield washer tank is won't stay shut. Does anyone have a part number for the little latches or know of another way to fix it. I'm assuming this must be a common problem with these.

I figured it out today. I had both of the little clips in the hatch, they just wouldn't secure the hatch to the panel. The problem was that there was nothing to hold the clip in the hole it fit into. The end of the clip screws off, leaving a threaded shaft. I cut a piece of neoprene hose about 3/16-1/4" long and slipped it over the threaded shaft, then I screwed the tip back on. When you flip the lever on the clip it pulls the threaded end in and squeezes the neoprene hose, causing it to spread. This is what holds the clip in the hole. The hatch no longer pops open.
