Can you still use the torsion bars to adjust the ride height after using a lift like the trailmaster or soon (hopefully) superlift? Is 4" with the torsion bars maxxed out or is there a range that the lift will give you? If so what is the range? Thanx for any input.

what the lift does is relocate everything so that your ride feels stock. cranking the t bars will only give you a 2 inch max lift and not a semi ride but much rougher than your stocker.

Keith the lift kit uses drop bracketry to drop the control arm assemblies and front axle/diffy unit down 4". So yes you could still crank the torsion to get extra lift.

I've had a torsion lift for at least 40,000 miles now. I didn't notice the ride being that much rougher when I did it.

So you could get any where from 3" to 5" about depending on how your torsion bars are set up?
