They will be perfectly fine, If you look by the bottom of the glass you can notice its open there so that helps with ventalation

what i would do, and this is just me. But maybe buy just a couple fans and place them in there with the amps. to circulate the air. i mean i'm sure you paid good money for the amps, i'd want the added protection from heat damage by adding $15 worth of fans and 1 hour of your time. but thats just me.

A couple of cheap computer fans would work just great:D

thanks for the help guys I will check out the fan idea :) by the way where should i get power for ther fans? one of my amps is on all the time so there fore the fan should be on all the time right?

You could run another remote wire:D

In my 2dr, I mounted an amp in the wall next to the back side--passenger side. My first amp had no additional cooling and within the week it was dead. Whether it was from heat, I cannot be 100% sure, so my replacement amp got a muffin fan to keep it company: on with the amp, off with the amp. Knock on my wooden head, no more problems. They only thing is if you sit parked with the no engine running and music low, you'll hear the fan. LOL...so crank it up...and no problem :)

You could run a switch to the fan so that you only turn on the fan when you're running the amp hard, if you're just sitting listening to something quiet they aren't on.

What I've done for my neons and plan to use for the fans is to use the power point by the passenger footwell, tap into that and run into a switch then back to the fans.

alright guys i got me a computer cooling fan today now my question is will it be alright to mount it on my old speaker cover from the factory subwoofer? I dont want to put a huge hole in my side panel for my fan so I would rather mount it to the old speaker grill on the little plastic cover back there. WIll this provide enough cooling power?
