Question about my ps2 in my 93 explorer

I was thinking about putting my ps2 in my explorer and some tv's. i wanted to use it as a game counsel and a dvd player. The question is: how do you burn dvd's so that they will play on my ps2??????? I tried to do it and it and it says that it does not reconise the thing. What do I do I have wasted those dvd disc's that are like $10 for 5!!!!!!!!

I dont think that the PS2 is formatted to run off DVD+R or DVD-R's.

I agree I dont think ps2's can read copied discs if you have gotten a monitor yet i am selling my pioneer PVH6400cd in dash monitor if you are interested let me know
