I have been thinking about changing my O2 sensors. I would like to get the best ones... if there is such a thing.... Has anyone had any luck with the Bosch ones??? Also I beleive that there are 4 sensors in my exhaust system. Does anyone have any ideas, or recommendations.. I have a 98 4.0 SOHC sport... Thanks allot for advice....

preventive maintenance..... I would like to replace them before the go bad, also I want to see if it will improve my gas milage

wow, I thought that there would be alittle more feedback than this....

02 Sensors are not really a maintainance item as they are rather pricy.
They should last at least 100K miles.
If one should fail it's not like you will be stranded, you will throw a CEL, you install a new sensor.
Bosch are as good as any.

i just replace my O2 sensors last week with bosch ones. only around $35 ea., alot cheaper than oem.
