question on amp location

My question is quite simple I want to install a jl 300/4 and 250/1 in the left quarter panel. I do know that there is some sort 4x4 component back there. What I want to do is move the 4x4 and place it on a board with the amps. The position of the amps would be length wise with the larger amp in back and the smaller one in front.

Why not put them in the right qarter panel? I believe there is less stuff back there.

The right quarter panel will house a fiberglass sub box with a JL AUDIO 10W3D4.

I was able to mount two JBL amps, a P80.4 and a BP600.1 in the right quarter panel. There is no way it could readily be done in the left quarter. The washer resevior, various electronics, spare tire jack and fuel filler neck reside there. But the right side is pretty much empty if the stock stereo is yanked out.
