There is a update plastic part that goes in the oil galley under the t30 torx bolt next to the tensioner. If you got a complete timing set it might of came with one. It will help keep oil in the tensioner and build pressure.

start up rattle

I noticed the same thing after installing my new camshaft timing components. Synthetic oil helps because it flows faster from the pump to the chains. Also, using an oil filter with a check valve may help. The only real solution I found was to install a preoiler. With my Accusump, I wait a few seconds after turning on the ignition for the oil pressure to come up, then I crank the starter.

Thanks for your help .going to changeover to synthetic oil after gets broken in . changing filter tomorrow thanks again bobby
