Questions on engine swap

Got a couple questions on swapping out engines. I have a 94 explorer and got a good deal on a low mileage 96 4.0 I know there are some things to swap like intake and all eletronics, and I think I heard about possible flywheel and exhaust manifolds to. Also I was wandering if anyone knew of headers that can be bought without y-pipe? And if there is a company that makes any dress up parts for the 4.0 like valve covers ect. and any bolt on performance stuff that is worth a crap? My first explorer I usually have mustangs or diesels. I got this as a offroad toy it has 5.5 superlift and 35" tires

not sure if it has gears or not actually isnt to slow for the big tires looks like at least rear cover and front diff have been taken apart. done a ton in just bushings and odds and ends to get it stable
