Try a search first. But since you asked, maybe extended brake lines depending on size of BL, no dropped transfer case brackets, I think you have to extend the shift linkage(not sure), front and rear bumper brackets to properly align body and bumpers, some new radiator mounts to align the fan with the radiator. Could be more things, tell your friend he should seriously think about a suspension lift, may cost a little more. It is not as hard to do as a BL though. Also looks better, your frame will not be showing with a suspension lift.

HI I did a body lift to my 94 xlt and all that has to be done really is lengthen your steering shaft with a steering exstension usually included with a Bl kit. the brake lines were fine and the transfer case is fine just had to remove the transfer case wire harness from the clip holding it so you have slack in the wire. You do have to move the fan shroud down which is easy the kit comes with brackets for this and the bumpers are your descision. they can be raised or live with the gap i raised my front but not my back cause the brackets are non suporting just for looks . If you have any questions let me know !
