Questions to fit 35's

I want to fit 35x12.5's on my truck.
It's a 4 door with a 5.5 Superlift lift in it with extended radius arms. What I'm looking for is information on the best rim size, offset and gearing and even tire recommendations. I don't mind a little rubbing and I plan on doing a little fender trimming. I will be running 33's for the street and 35's for the trail. Right now I've got 3.73's but I'm obviously going to need lower gearing.
Also, will anything else need to be beefed up to handle the increase in size?
Suggestions? Experiences?

Go with 4.56, and put in a locker at the same time if you don't already have one.

15x8 rims with 3.75" backspace. Tires, stick with 35x12.5.

Trim where needed.

Done!

I measured mine before and after and it was 5 to 6 inches.

5-6 inches of increased track is a great byproduct.

Thanks Jim. I'm just getting all the info together at this point. I was hiking the Fordyce trail a coupla weekends ago and I saw some of the nicest rigs running the trail. It made me jealous. I want that! The larger tires and lower gears are the start of that. I hope to do this mod at the end of the summer. I've got my wedding in Sept and all my money is going there for now.
