quick engine question

Will the motor out of an 01 sport track work in my 01 explorer? Both are 4.0 sohc

I wanna say yes. Both sohc, so they should. I've seen the sport tracs be referred to as "stretched 4-doors" so I think it'll work. I wouldn't see why not.
