Recently added K&N FIPK kit, Walker Exhaust to just stock 4.6L engine... Other than cracking the engine open, what ideas for performance yall got? All I can come up with is performance pulleys, MAF, Throttle body&spacer... stuff like that... Any ideas would help alot, thanks y'all...
