Quick rust/leaf spring question (Video inside)

I plan on getting new shocks this summer. Would these leaf springs trash my new shocks? (I will be installing copperhead shackles in a few days)
Should I replace these leaf springs?
If so how much does a new set run?
Thinking about taking off the sway bars and sway bar links and sanding and painting them. Good idea or no?

Sweet. Does that come with mounting hardware or should I buy that separate?

All im seeing in there online catalog is leaf spring bushings. No leaf springs... any chance you could link me?

Thanks a ton. For some reason the search just came up with leaf spring bushings. hmmm..
