R&R Rear Crank Seal - $$?

I just turned over 200,000 miles on my '92 4WD- what a great bullet proof vehicle! The rear crankshaft seal is beginning to leak bad enough to replace and I was wondering if anyone has had this repair performed and what it cost. I don't have the time to do it and not up to the challenge. Thanks!

I am not sure what it costs, but I have done alot of rear main seals and oil pans.Both require the removal of the trans,Removal of the seal and install.Then install the trans. I think it is a 5-6 hour paying job and $20 or so for the seal.

My local Ford dealer quoted me $600 to do my '93 4X2 XLT...I'm still waiting.
