This project is definitively taking more effort and time than it should have and I would greatly appreciate another set of eyes to see what I have missed.

First was the right side bushing was obliterated causing the bracket to break along the top. Not wanting to repair it, I ordered a replacement. Some where along the lines I ended up with the left side

So now the first question. Can this be fixed with the same reliably as a new one?
http://flic.kr/p/b52ban Being the end of the year I'm looking at getting a replacement sometime in the second week of January.

Second. Because my fail on the right side I figured I'd move ahead to the left RA bushing. Well I read somewhere that the TTB/I-Beam (I'm not really sure) assembly could be swung forward with both radius arms disconnected. after removing the spring, shock, tie rod I discovered this isn't exactly true -at least not in this experience. It appeared the u-joint was holding things in-place so that was disconnected. No such luck either. http://flic.kr/p/b52bcR

Okay, so I figured that the axle pivot bushing is holding me back BUT I cannot take this sucker out! :thumbdwn: I have taken a 5lb sledge to it, tried twisting it out with the impact wrench and did a combo with the impact wrench and hammer
http://flic.kr/p/b52b8i The bolt spins but it just ain't backing out

As for replacement bushings should I spring for a set of Daystars?

or will Moogs (or any other brand) suffice? This is not a off-road warrior or anything. I just figured that I broke it down I may as replace it now.
