Is this a question? If so, which engine do you have. It's quite easy to do on a V6, however on the V8 you you have to be careful no to damage the fins. You can protect the fins by taping a piece of cardboard to the back of the radiator. The V8 radiator is a PITA to change.
There are so many Explorers now old enough to need a new radiator that odds are high you can find a step by step video on youtube, of course keeping in mind the V6 vs V8 difference Koda mentioned.
