Radio don’t work

Hi. I have a 2018 Ford Explorer xlt. All of a sudden the radio when black. It stop working. Back up camera don’t work and usb don’t work. Does anyone have this same issue? I check uses there all good.

Yes. The screen is black.

It could be a faulty APIM (Accessory Program Interface Module). The APIM is the 'brains' of the MFT system.
There are several threads on that topic. Here is one of them; MFT Black / Blank Screen
I'm not aware of how you can test that module to confirm that it is the problem but did find this thread.
