Radio Lights Don't Stay On.

I know this sounds crazy...My 98 Explorer radio light (you can see the time or the radio channel) comes on when the truck is started. But, It goes out in about 20 seconds and stays off. Any thoughts??

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the audio & navigation section. Check the dimmer to see if it's set too low.

Yes, the radio still works. All the functions of the radio work. Just the lights fade away after about 20 seconds.
