radio no sound

I have 2004 sport trac adrenalin with sub woofer
the problem is the radio have no sound but all feature work
some day ago when i start i ear some electric noise and lost the radio station for one minute and after all be restore
other thing 3 month ago i lost the temperature and direction display on the roof control.
I have checked and cleaned the kick panel ground on each side
and check the ground in the front of the battery but nothing
some body know location of other ground or have the electric diagram or already have this problem any help will be appreciate

Read through THESE for temp/compass repairs.

If the radio controls all work and you have no sound then, provided the plugs on the back are secure, there is an internal problem. A new/used radio will be cheaper than the repair!

Since you have the Pioneer system, maybe you just have an amp problem. Check the 50A fuse in the battery junction box?

After i have make the radio self test i read code b1342 and b2857
somebody no what mean the last code also the signal test read 01 and i see one 02 that return to 01

Finally after make the testing procedure, the amplifier need to be replace
