Radio RDS display not showing up on MFT

So kind of a weird question/problem. The RDS data that comes over on FM Radio stations...it is showing up on the dashboard screen, but not on the MFT screen ('11 Explorer XLT). Like if I am listening to a baseball game the score will show on the dash, but not on MFT. Am I missing something a setting or something or does this info just not show? It just seems weird to me that for Sirius the artist and song title will show up, but not for listening to FM radio stations.

Mine shows on the dash LCD and on the main MFT screen. If I am in the 4 square home screen, it shows on the lower left corner. If I am on the radio screen, it shows large in the center, but you have to have direct tune turned off.....

Are you able to see the station information in the bottom left hand corner? When you're on the radio screen, touch Options and make sure RDS Text Display is set to On. Also, as cnsheets stated, make sure Direct Tune is not highlighted. If all of this is correct, please try a Master Reset:

MENU > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > MASTER RESET
