Radius arm bushing help

Ok, i replaced one of my radius arm bushings this summer with a heavy duty bushing from TRW or federal mogual. It was already split down the side and now the rubber one has fallen apart. I am having a lot of trouble with these bushings and the clanking gets to me. What is hte best bushing for it and is there a certain amount of torque it needs?!

I put in a set of energy suspension urathane bushings on my '91 over 3 years ago (100,000 miles) and they are still holding strong.

I can't remember exactly (its been three years) but they were somewhere around $20 for the set.
