Can I swap spares between fans and explorers?

Sorry 2trux, auto correct I guess! I want to swap a single spare tire between a 99 ranger and 02 explorer. I think the bolt pattern is the same but trucks are miles apart atm.

I'm pretty sure it will work. They are both 5x114.3 I doubt there would be enough offset difference to cause problems as a spare. I am running wheels from a newer Mounty on my 89 Ranger without issue. I think Ford used the same bolt pattern on the smaller trucks for many years.
