Rattling When Brakes Are Not Applied

1991 Mazda Navajo V-6 4.0L OHV 115,000

When I'm driving and not stepping on the brakes, I hear some rattling. But when the brakes are applied, it stops. Are my calipers loose? I had my front brakes pads replaced about 3,000 miles ago.

It sounds like whoever did the brake job forgot to put the anti rattle clip(s) back on the inside pad(s).
