Real loud rattling in engine bay, harder when in Drive

Hello, I have a small issue with my 2002 4.6, there's a huge really annoying rattling coming from the front of the Explorer, i believe it might be in the by area but I'm not sure, the noise get's heavier when in drive, it also makes a somewhat audible when moving the steering wheel when in neutral or park. My main suspect is the Harmonic Balance but I don't feel like replacing it and being wrong because it's a little expensive. I have a 2 part YouTube video where I'm under the Driver Side wheel where, first part is in Park, second part is in Drive, on the second part I look down under the cats and stuff and the orientation is inverted i apologize for that, tomorrow I'll try to run the car without the Serpentine Belt see if it makes a difference or not. Honestly prolly never if I'm honest, it was a lemon when I bought it, 264872 on the clock. Yeah it lines up, just ordered some Cloyes Iron Cast tensioners from RockAuto and a couple gaskets while I'm at it. You got any 2021 tips? Should I go for the chain too or it's a 50/50 if it looks good leave it be? And if I should, what Chain brand is good, i tried hunting for Motorcraft but the results are Melling, Cloyes, ECCPP(??)
